Success for Centre 63's Bike Hub - 23rd June 2016

Success for Centre 63's Bike Hub

Here at Centre 63 we have access to a number of bikes within our status as a Cycle Hub. In recent times, the Cycle Hub has really taken off, and we take young people and children of the community on regular bike rides around the local area during our three-times weekly Youth Clubs. We also provide a more lengthy bike ride every Thursday from 6pm.

Centre 63's provision of bike rides for young people and children is a brilliant way to aim towards a healthy lifestyle, and even a few bike rides a week can transform an attitude towards healthy living. Bicycles are a great way to tackle obesity and heart disease within the community of Kirkby and Knowsley, and we urge you to get invloved!

If you have a bicycle that you are looking to get rid of, please get in contact with the centre - we also refurbish bikes and they can be sold on or given a new home within the community.

Free Sewing Classes! - 23rd June 2016

Free Sewing Classes

Centre 63 is delighted to be hosting a free sewing course for anyone aged 18 - 25.

The sewing classes take place every Tuesday from 10am within the Centre, and are currently a huge success! There are many sewing machines available within the Centre to use as part of the class, and the class is great for complete beginners to teach basic sewing skills, but anyone with sewing experience is most welcome too.

Come along and join in!
